TogetherReady is a lightweight planning tool for dads and caregivers preparing for time with their kids. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have when using this website.

What we collect

• Email address, if you submit a checklist, waitlist, feedback, contact, or account-related form.
• Checklist and planning answers you choose to enter, such as visit timing, number of children, children’s ages or size ranges, meal preferences, snack preferences, activities, weather-related needs, car items, and prep priorities.
• Feedback, feature votes, suggestions, support messages, and other notes you choose to send us.
• Basic analytics and attribution data, such as page views, button clicks, form progress, referral source, campaign parameters, approximate device/browser details, timestamps, and session identifiers.
• Technical information needed to operate the site, such as IP address, user agent, request logs, error logs, and security-related events.

How we use it

• To build, unlock, send, or improve your checklist experience.
• To respond to your messages, feedback, and support requests.
• To send product updates, checklist-related emails, and launch updates when you give us your email address.
• To understand traffic, campaigns, conversion paths, and what to improve next.
• To protect the site, prevent abuse, debug errors, and maintain reliable service.

Email and unsubscribe

If you provide your email, we may use it to deliver checklist-related information and occasional TogetherReady updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link when one is provided, or contact us and ask to be removed. We may still send non-marketing messages that are necessary for requested services, support, security, or account administration.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-light analytics to understand site traffic and checklist usage. This may include Cloudflare Web Analytics and first-party events stored through our own backend. We also preserve campaign parameters, such as UTM tags, so we can understand which outreach channels are working. We do not use paid ad remarketing pixels for the MVP unless this policy and our consent approach are reviewed first.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to host and operate TogetherReady. These may include Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, security, redirects, and analytics; Supabase for lead capture, database storage, authentication, and backend services; Resend or another email provider for email delivery if connected; and Google services for Search Console and site visibility. These providers may process information for us under their own terms and privacy policies.

What we do not do

• We don’t sell your personal information.
• We don’t ask for legal, court, custody, medical, school, or financial documents.
• We don’t want you to submit sensitive family, legal, medical, custody, court, safety, allergy, medication, or emergency information through free-text fields.
• We don’t provide legal, medical, mental health, childcare, transportation, nutrition, allergy, custody, or professional advice.

Children’s privacy

TogetherReady is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents and caregivers should avoid entering a child’s full name, exact address, school, medical details, or other sensitive identifying information unless a future feature explicitly requires it and explains why.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate TogetherReady, provide requested services, understand product usage, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the site. We may keep aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including server-side handling for sensitive keys and third-party infrastructure designed for secure hosting and storage. No website, email system, or database can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe help related to information you provided. We may need to verify your request before acting on it, and some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as TogetherReady changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of TogetherReady after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
