These terms explain how you may use Together Ready, including the website, free visit plan, printable output, Premium features, and member tools. By using Together Ready, you agree to these terms.
Who may use Together Ready
Together Ready is intended for adults. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. If you are using Together Ready for a household, family, organization, or other person, you are responsible for making sure your use is appropriate and authorized.
A planning tool, not professional advice
Together Ready helps parents and caregivers prepare for time with their kids by organizing ordinary visit details like timing, clothes, meals, snacks, weather, car items, comfort items, activities, and local ideas.
Together Ready is not a legal, medical, custody, safety, emergency, transportation, childcare, or co-parenting communication service. Checklist items are planning prompts only. You are responsible for confirming what is right for your kids, your schedule, your household, and any agreement or court order that applies to you.
Use it responsibly
Please use Together Ready for personal planning, not for emergencies, urgent decisions, monitoring another person, or managing conflict. Confirm important details with the appropriate parent, caregiver, school, doctor, professional, venue, or other source before relying on them.
- Do not use Together Ready to harm, harass, threaten, mislead, impersonate, or violate another person’s rights.
- Do not submit private legal, custody, medical, school, safety, allergy, medication, financial, or emergency information in free-text fields.
- Do not scrape, overload, disrupt, bypass security, reverse engineer, or misuse Together Ready or its service providers.
Your content and feedback
You are responsible for information, feedback, suggestions, notes, votes, and other content you submit. You grant Together Ready permission to host, process, summarize, analyze, edit, display internally, and use that content to operate and improve the service. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without payment or obligation to you.
Together Ready content
The Together Ready name, website, checklist structure, copy, visual design, templates, prompts, generated output formats, and related materials are owned by Together Ready or its licensors. You may use checklist output for your personal planning. You may not copy, resell, repackage, or use Together Ready materials to create a competing product without written permission.
Premium subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Together Ready Premium may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscription prices, included features, billing interval, renewal terms, and any taxes or fees will be shown before checkout. By starting checkout and completing a purchase, you authorize Together Ready and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis for the plan you selected until the subscription is canceled.
Monthly Premium renews each month. Annual Premium renews each year. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the available account, billing portal, checkout-provider tools, or by contacting hello@togetherready.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period. After cancellation, Premium access generally continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds
Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access through the end of that monthly billing period and will not be charged for the next month.
Annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable after purchase or renewal, and cancellation of an annual plan usually keeps Premium active through the end of the paid annual term. As a customer-friendly exception, you may contact us within 14 days of a first annual purchase or annual renewal to request review of a refund if you have not materially used Premium during that annual term.
We may issue refunds or credits when required by law, when there is a duplicate charge, clear billing error, unauthorized charge, or a material service-access problem that we cannot reasonably fix. Refunds are not guaranteed for forgetting to cancel, not using the service, changing your mind after the applicable review window, or losing access because of a violation of these terms.
No warranties
Together Ready is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that Together Ready will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together Ready and its owners, operators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed plans, family conflict, travel changes, activity changes, purchases, or decisions made from using or relying on Together Ready.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability related to Together Ready will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the three months before the claim, or $25 if you paid nothing.
Third-party information and links
Together Ready may reference weather data, local ideas, maps, venues, stores, email tools, analytics, or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, policies, pricing, safety, or content. Review third-party terms and privacy policies before using them.
Some optional supply links may be affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Email and updates
If you provide an email address, we may use it to send the checklist, respond to your message, or share occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails when an unsubscribe link is provided. See our privacy policy for more detail.
Accounts and access
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. We may use third-party authentication and email providers. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account or email address is being used in a way that violates these terms or creates risk for Together Ready, its providers, or other users.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Together Ready, you acknowledge that we process information as described there.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Together Ready changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of Together Ready means you accept the updated terms.
