Who may use TogetherReady
TogetherReady is intended for adults. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. If you are using TogetherReady for a household, family, organization, or other person, you are responsible for making sure your use is appropriate and authorized.
What TogetherReady is
TogetherReady is a practical planning tool for dads and caregivers who want to prepare for time with their kids. It helps organize visit details like timing, clothes, meals, snacks, weather, car items, comfort items, activities, and local ideas.
What TogetherReady is not
- TogetherReady is not a co-parenting, custody management, legal document, court communication, emergency, medical, childcare, transportation, or safety service.
- TogetherReady does not provide legal, medical, mental health, financial, nutrition, allergy, parenting, custody, or professional advice.
- Checklist items are planning prompts only. You are responsible for checking what is right for your kids, your schedule, your household, and any agreement or court order that applies to you.
Your responsibility
- Confirm pickup and drop-off times, addresses, meal plans, school details, medications, allergies, safety needs, and activity plans with the appropriate parent, caregiver, school, doctor, or professional.
- Follow all applicable laws, custody orders, parenting plans, school rules, venue rules, and safety requirements.
- Use your judgment before relying on weather, local activity, grocery, meal, travel, reminder, or checklist suggestions.
- Do not use TogetherReady for emergencies or urgent decisions. Contact emergency services or the appropriate professional when needed.
Free checklist and early access features
The current MVP may offer a free checklist, email capture, printable output, product feedback, waitlist features, and early account-related flows. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the product develops. We may limit, suspend, or refuse access if we believe use is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or harmful to the service or other users.
Acceptable use
- Do not use TogetherReady to harass, threaten, stalk, monitor, mislead, impersonate, or harm another person.
- Do not submit private legal, custody, court, medical, school, safety, allergy, medication, financial, or emergency information through free-text fields.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, bypass security, or misuse TogetherReady or its service providers.
- Do not use TogetherReady in a way that violates laws, court orders, custody agreements, school rules, venue rules, or another person’s rights.
Your content and feedback
You are responsible for information, feedback, suggestions, notes, votes, and other content you submit. You grant TogetherReady permission to host, process, summarize, analyze, edit, display internally, and use that content to operate and improve the service. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without payment or obligation to you.
TogetherReady content
The TogetherReady name, website, checklist structure, copy, visual design, templates, prompts, generated output formats, and related materials are owned by TogetherReady or its licensors. You may use checklist output for your personal planning. You may not copy, resell, repackage, or use TogetherReady materials to create a competing product without written permission.
No warranties
TogetherReady is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that TogetherReady will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TogetherReady and its owners, operators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed plans, family conflict, travel changes, activity changes, purchases, or decisions made from using or relying on TogetherReady.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability related to TogetherReady will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the three months before the claim, or $25 if you paid nothing.
Third-party information and links
TogetherReady may reference weather data, local ideas, maps, venues, stores, email tools, analytics, or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, policies, pricing, safety, or content. Review third-party terms and privacy policies before using them.
Email and updates
If you provide an email address, we may use it to send the checklist, respond to your message, or share occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails when an unsubscribe link is provided. See our privacy policy for more detail.
Accounts and access
If account features are added, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. We may use third-party authentication and email providers. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account or email address is being used in a way that violates these terms or creates risk for TogetherReady, its providers, or other users.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using TogetherReady, you acknowledge that we process information as described there.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as TogetherReady changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of TogetherReady means you accept the updated terms.
